What´s in a name? According to the Great Oxford Dictionary “Internal is used to describe things that exist or happen inside an organization. A Matter is a task, situation, or event which you have to deal with or think about, especially one that involves problems.”
This definition describes quite accurately what we focus on: organizational issues that must be solved, to enable IT become an enterprise´s core competence.
My name is Gustave Käller, and I started Internal Matters in 2001. Before that I was a “salary man” for almost 15 years, working in marketing and sales at an IT system house, as a management trainer, business-unit development manager and ITSM consultant. Being an employee has never been my strongest skill, but in these years I learned a lot from projects, assignments and other people like customers, colleagues and smart bosses.
Today, I regularly cooperate with other (international) experts, specialized in designing and executing highly effective learning programs, fused with in years experience of business and IT processes. We usually deliver programs in English, German and Dutch, altough other languages are possible as well.
The Serious Games we offer function as powerful catalysts for learning and change in practice, often advancing into Action Learning programs that focus on solving problems in the IT Value Stream and thus creating real business value. References of such projects are available on request.
